What is GB Posters & Merch's minimum order/carriage policy?

We always aim to get your order out the door as quickly as possible, but during particularly busy times, it might take an extra 2–3 working days on top of our usual delivery estimates.

Trade Customers
• UK Mainland – Our minimum order value is £150 (before VAT).
• Orders over £150: Free UK mainland delivery.
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to process and dispatch all Trade orders within 3 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on location and seasonal demand (e.g. during peak periods like Christmas). You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
We want you to love your order. If any goods arrive damaged, faulty, or missing, we’ll happily replace them or offer a refund.
You may also cancel your order and receive a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of placing it. Please email our customer service team for assistance.
Pre-Order
Can I pre-order or back-order items not currently in stock?
Yes! Any item available for pre-order will be clearly marked and can be added to your basket as usual.

Pre-order items show as £0.00 at checkout – you’ll be contacted for payment before your items ship.

If your basket contains only pre-order items, the total must be over £150 to check out, OR you can use our “Add to existing order” button to bypass the minimum.

If pre-order items are part of a mixed order, they do not count towards the order total for delivery thresholds.
Payment
How do I pay for my order?
You’ll receive an invoice once your order is confirmed:

Pro-forma accounts – Invoice sent prior to dispatch (usually by email).

Credit accounts – Invoice sent post-delivery (usually by email unless otherwise requested).
