We’re confident you’ll love your order – but if something’s not quite right, don’t worry. Our returns process is quick, simple, and hassle-free.
Just send your item(s) back to us in their original condition and packaging (no marks, chips, or pet hairs, please!) within 30 days of receiving your order.
A Few Quick Tips:

You’re responsible for the parcel until it reaches us, so we recommend using a tracked delivery service that covers the value of your return.

Always get proof of postage from your post office – just in case!

Faulty or Incorrect Item?
Oh no! If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, please get in touch with us before sending it back, so we can make it right.
Email us at info@gbpostersmerch.com, quoting your order number.
Our Customer Services team is available Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm (UK time).
What happens once I’ve sent my item back?
Once your return arrives with us, we’ll get to work on processing your refund. You’ll get an email from us to let you know we’ve received it, and your refund will be on its way within 3-5 working days.
When will I see my refund in my account?
After we’ve processed it, your refund should land back in your account within 5 working days – sometimes even quicker depending on your payment provider. We’ll send you a heads-up email as soon as it’s done.
If you haven’t seen your refund and it’s been 10 working days since we emailed you, just give our Customer Service Team a shout via your account – they’ll be happy to help.
Why wasn’t my return accepted?
Every now and then, we do have to decline returns if they don’t follow the steps in our Returns Policy.
The most common reasons are:

The return was posted outside the timeframe we allow

The item wasn’t in its original condition (like if it’s been used, worn, or damaged)

Bits were missing (like packaging or parts)

Security seals were opened or removed
